Psychological Evaluation/Assessment

Assessment and Evaluation prices range based on the type of evaluation needed.  If you are unsure about the type of an evaluation needed, a brief phone consultation will be provided for free.  

Testing and evaluations with Dr. Nicole Holmes will be charged as follows:

• Brief phone consultation = Free
• Extended in person consultation (if needed) = $200
• Evaluation (including interview, testing, report, and feedback) = $2000-$3,500
• Court Testimony = $185 an hour (door to door)

Testing and evaluations completed by a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Nicole Holmes will be charged on a sliding scale based on income and the type of evaluation.

• Brief phone consultation with Dr. Holmes = Free
• Extended in person consultation (if needed) = sliding scale based on income ($15-$100)
• Basic Evaluation = $100-$200
• Full Evaluation = sliding scale based on income ($250-$1800)
